According to Small Business Trends magazine, more than 50% of small businesses fail in the first four years.  46% of those fail due to "incompetence" and another 30% due to unbalanced experience or lack of managerial experience.  That means that 76% of small business failures can be prevented by working with a coach during those first four years, to learn the ropes and gain both experience and knowledge.

 started my first business when I was 20 years old.  I had big dreams, youth, very little experience and not much else.  I learned a lot trying to sell skincare to older women when I had little need to use the heavy-lifting products myself. We didn't know about coaches then, and quite honestly I often felt like I just got lucky. I realize now that I was an avid learner, watched others, and had the grace of several mentors who wanted to see me succeed.  I made a lot of mistakes along the way, that I now save my clients from repeating.   

All this created a lifetime of loving strategic business development and helping others to achieve the results I have over the years.  My passion still remains in first-stage businesses and organizations, where the creativity, fast pace and energy truly flows.  I enjoy becoming your silent partner who's invested in seeing you succeed, smiles, and lets you take center stage to accept the trophy.
